That's a big enough amp to power a pair of them later on at either 1 or 2 ohms.

used subs are usually as good as buying new. nothen wrong with a sub thats already seen power unless the person before abused it. noone on here really does that though because they know their shit

Sorry.... didn't see your question earlier. They'll do just fine. The amp does spot on with rated power and the KAC-X series have been getting great reviews. They're the only Kenwood amps I'd consider.
