Getting a new headunit, Upgrade from eclipseCD4000

I dont have much of a budget. Maybe a max of 300 if im lucky. Thats shipped. Realisticly, 200-250. Anyway I was looking at the Kenwood KDC-HD942U and the Pioneer Premier DEH-P510UB. Out of those two, Which has the best quality and functionality, and are either an improvement over my current eclipse cd4000 unit?

I dont know if this is going to be a multiple post due to the "data base error" i keep getting, so if it is im sorry.

I don't think either one would have better sound quality than the Eclipse but the Kenwood seems to have a ton of nice features for the price.I have had all different brands and I always thought Eclipse had very good sound quality.Of those 2 I would definately pick the Kenwood.
