Gettin rid of my cap!!!!what next??

no isolator and + to + and - to -
this is a basic overview if you aren't a noob.. If you want a more specific way...

Front battery---------------------------Back battery--------------- Amp

[+] Fuse---------------------------------Fuse[+]Fuse---------------[+]

[-] -----------------optional*------------------[-]--------optional*---[-]

1st*= If you don't have the wire for it the front neg to back neg is not required.. instead you can ground both batts to the car frame

2nd*= If the 2nd battery is far and you don't have the wire you can ground the amp to chassis.. best would be to do it the the back batt if you can

running more wire = simple?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
yes.. because if they didn't know how to run the batt i would assume they wouldn't know where to/ not to drill and that would solve that.. you can run the wire side by side while you are doing the one run anyways..

Just to frame, no need to waste $ on cable
If you have a frame. If you have a unibody, you need wire.

Simple sometimes takes more work up front to reduce fixing the problem later.

i was taught if it's two diff batteries to use an isolator or at least a big relay to keept he two from leeching of the weaker.
If you have a flooded battery up front (12.6v) and an AGM in the rear (13.0v) then yes, you should use an isolator. However, it is not absolutely positively required. Easier solution is to replace your front battery with an AGM to match the rear and then it is not an issue.
