germs where?

Alright so i am building my own first system built alot of basic ones for other people but never had the cash to get the exact stuff I wanted but now I do. Here is my situation I want to run some germs thats a fact. I was looking at the 4 sub version and the 2 sub version. These speaker wont fit in any of my front fatory locations. So I was thinking making some kicks putting a mid in each one and putting one of these speakers on bouth sides of my rear shelf. Then putting the tweats in the a pillars. Is this a good idea becaus I was reading in another thread that you shouldn't put speaker behind you because of imaging. So should I just get the 2 mid set and run it. Also how and where should I point my speakers. Heres some pics of what I thought but fell free to change.

wrap a towel around the back of the mid, and move it around, aiming it. do the same with the tweeter. being near the mid will probably sound the best, but move it around, and check other locations out. i have my SLCs in the kicks & the tweet is in the factory door location. they are pointing at the opposite side of the car. hope that helps.

I thought the tweet should be as close to the mid as possible for good sound stage?

your interior is almost like mine. i got a 78 el camino. i put my speakers behind my seats in a box. the tweeters probably wont work there either. its not enough space. where in seattle are you?

Guess I'll keep em close then. Probally just buy some q logics and call it a day. Might even add some reinforcements to em.

what i did to my q forms. just reinforce and there nice... mine serioussly matched my interior color 110% it the exact color, i was afraid they would look diff.

The instructions u get ****, but there still nice.

you could run the Germs off axis and they will rock that way. that is how I ran them when I had them. you can put that tweet in the pillar shooting them across the glass.
