Well, I didn't beat you but I'm close. 1972 AMC Javelin with a 401 and a few goodies. The best I ever got on the highway was 13 m.p.g. and the best in the city was about 7 m.p.g. During last summer I had a little too much fun and had to fill it up everyday. As a side note, yes you can go to the airport to buy fuel. 100 octane low-lead or 110 octane (a.k.a. blue fuel). Runs about $6-$10 a gallon and you can buy them in 55 gallon drums. The price you pay for insane performance.

Going 100MPH hitting the rev-limiter in a friends Ford Excursion, 8 m.p.g. I win. I think the tank is about 80 bucks or so to fill up.

Oh and i think that guys hand is photoshopped, fuking nasty though.

i dont but my moms 99 'burban has a 42 gallon tank and got like 13 mpg. the only car i know of with a bigger tank is the excursion with a 44 gallon tank.

Ford makes excursions in the power stroke. Before they stopped making them. But if u get a Excursion u just gotta have a Big hose to leave it hooked up to the gas pump. Those get like 8mph. I Think its funny also when i see ppl get F-250s with a V10. I just goo why not a power stroke?

Why waste money on gas. Same with Dodge Rams and not getting a Cummins. Chevys dont burn gas as much as the others. I wish i had a Duramax right now. Those are soo tight.

also doesn't create as much radio interference, good for two-way radio installs

next truck i get, i'm getting a diesel...
