I had heard about this the other day when I went to ship something. The guy was telling me they were going strictly to international shipping. IMO, DHL sucked anyways.

I have never used dhl, I am not even sure if there is one in my area.

They destoyed one of my packages, and one got delivered about 2hrs from destination.
