yah seriously do not talk to any cops at all. let your lawyer do all the talking. and write everything down in detail as u remember on paper while it's still fresh or fresher in your mind.

and find anyone that was there....so they can say she was drunk and all over u or w/e.

Basically, you have a good chance of being prosecuted unless you can prove she wasn't extremely drunk. I've heard several cases like this. I believe the law says that a woman can NOT give INFORMED CONSENT when too drunk. If you can prove she wasn't wasted and passed out after, you''re in luck. If she was completely trashed to the point where she couldn't walk home, that may be an issue. It all depends on the degree of the situation. You need to possess the ability to consent, to be able to consent. It doesn't matter if she jumped your bones or not, it's all about informed consent.

Does she have DNA evidence against you (aka you could have said I didn't do crap. Got evidence)? Does her private area have signs of forced entry aka massive tearing in the vaginal wall and/or blood? Her personal background plays a fact aka drug user, known liar, her family background? etc etc. How long did she wait to report this to the authorities.

I did sometime in a criminal defense law firm when I was actually going for the bar exam in Florida.

I suggest if she has no DNA evidence (a major part of **** cases in todays world) that you remove this post since you just said you had *** with her....just my two cents. And get a lawyer.

P.S. keep your **** mouth closed when asked questions by detectives unless you have a lawyer present...for the love of god so many people jack themselves over by opening their traps and not pleading the fifth, it's your right exercise it cause detectives have a way of twisting words. And law enforcement must hand over all evidence to your defense before the trial if it goes that far.

No under many state laws along with military law if she can't give consent one way or another and you proceed its **** and touching that would just be ****** assault.

time for a vaginal spectrometer test... they will measure the length, width, and volume of her ****** to test her horishness. Then a cotton swab for DNA of other dudes.

Finally interview her X boyfriends to get the whole picture. If all else fails, break out of jail **** her and the mom to get your money' s worth.

He actually isn't in that bad of shape from a legal stand point and what can stand in court.

And I highly doubt he is going to be charged over this.
