Fusion subs

They hardly ever seem to come up on here, but in NZ Fusion is by far the biggest car audio brand. I think it may have born here or whatever.

Point is, I often have the opportunity to jump on a pair of subs at really low prices that based on the spec sheet should be pretty good.

Isn't a 30mm Xmax pretty insane? I'm no expert at reading the spec sheets, but if somebody wants to have a look and let me know that'd be ideal. Also does anybody know anyone that has run these subs and actually knows their ****?

Depends on which fusion you are talking about. Some of their products are not all that bad.

I know their cheap line holds up fairly well and performs well for the price.

I have one, they aren't all that amazing, but for the price I guess they're good.

Only the powerplant series, the top of the line. Check the link in OP? Quite often have the chance to get a pair of them for $350ish. That's only a little above JVC and Sony Xplod money here, so really quite cheap.
