Fuses????

I am not sure if I have to have a seperate fuse for my h/u and amp power wire or if I can just have one fuse at the battery? I am running the power wire, 12 inches from battery the fuse(combined ampere of h/u and amp), then power to distro block. So do I need 1 or 3 fuses? thx.

u need a fuse whenever u change wire gauge...

so i guess u would use another fuse from the block to ur amp (or two fuses if uve got 2 amps)

Usually the HU is powered from the ignition so it's only on with the key. Stock radio wiring would fuse the HU power at 10-15 amps.

I got the cda 9813 if you see my sig. Says 20amp fuse is ok up to 30amp fuse.
