Funny story (sort of...)

So my friend (who is kinda rich) was bragging to me about how he just bought this system from some guy and he paid around $1000 for it. So I was expecting for it to totally blow my system out of the water but here's what it is: 2 10" MTX subs like the ones in the picture and a Kenwood amp that looks like the one in the other pic (not sure about the exact model). The subs are in a tiny sealed box and he has what looks like 10 gauge wire going to his amp for power. I listened to it and needless to say it doesn't sound very good. And then I showed him my system (the one in my sig) and he was like "holy shit dude, how much did you pay for that?" and I was like " well it cost me a total of around $400" The funny thing is I referred him to CA.com a bunch of times but I guess he never listened to me... I guessing someone made A LOT of money selling that system to him.
