funny noise from the amp???

well i just hooked up a small amp to my front speakers in my truck, and for some reason whenever i turned the music up the sound from the speakers would come in and out...while messing with the gain knobs one of my speakers popped loudly and had a massive sudden excursion......so i unplugged that amp

well the next day i was goin down the road with my system on, and all of the sudden the bass quit and started making loud random noises....hard to explain what they sounded like though......i know my rca's arent the problem...but i'm thinkn i burnt up my remote wire because my amp wont cut off unless i unplug it from the battery...

i think my amps blown cuz i ran all differnent wires, and the blue light always stayed on and with the radio on funny noise started coming out of my speakers
