As far as I know, the sub channel is 300 x 2 at 2 ohms on the Classic (~2000 year model). Only the newer ones go higher (1100 x 1, 1 ohm).

yeah cus the newer one's (2002 & up) are hybrid amps. IT is too amps stuck in one chasis. The 4 channel side is a/b but the sub channel is class D.

Do you mean to suggest that the 2002+ models are less of an amp?

if tis a 5 channel belle, the sub channel is 1 ohm stable.

if its white or silver keep it. very good amp, but don't drop the voltage too low.

I got the chrome one, its 4 channel plus 2 sub channel, wondering if it can be wired to 1 ohm
