I have (2) Kicker 12L7's 2 ohm Dual voice coil subs, mounted in a sealed enclosure 1 cu.ft. each -- 1/2 filled with polyfill. They are powered by 2 Rockford Fosgate 550S amps, which put out 550 Watts RMS at 4 ohms. Included is a titanium distribution block. I installed this on Wednsday, and it just is not what I am looking for. I definitely BOOMS, but I think I may want JL W7's. Everything was BRAND NEW as of Wednsday of this week. I have pics. You can reach me at firstinkdog@cs.com. I would like to see $700 plus the actual cost of shipping, but the price is negotiable. Everything is wired up, attached to the box, and ready to go.

NOPE -- I just want rid of em. Maybe, if I had ANY carpenter skills at all, I would try. But I can not even cut a straight line, nor do I wish to try. I would just as soon buy a 13.5 W7 in a ported box, and be done with it. (or, maybe something else).

well if you are smart...sence you price is way to high...you should buy a box or pay someone else to build a ported box for you....you also should sell those amps and just buy a good 1200w reall power amp...not the "s" series fosgates.....if you come down alot on your price maybe you could reach your goal....but sence it seems you payed retail and not purchased off of the net, then you don't want to loose money...so just keep what ya got spend $75-200 for a good box and go with it...box is a back bone of the system....just my $.02

Where should the price be to get rid of it??? I figure:

Subs -- 275

Amps -- 250

Box -- 50

Distribution Block -- 10

Okay -- There it is -- $600 plus shipping for a system already put together and ready to go. I don't think that is a bad price.

None of the above prices include shipping -- and that is Internet pricing.

I paid retail for my first system -- never AGAIN.

If you can glue and screw you are all set for making a box. Go to http://www.gnomeaudio.com and get a box design. You will get a cut sheet of the wood you need. Go to the local lumber store, tell them that you need a sheet of MDF (medium density fiberboard) cut into the pieces you have listed.

Take them home, predrill some holes, and glue and scew it together //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If you don't want to do that, you can just get a box built.
