Sold FS: Two JL Audio 8W7 in enclosure - HOUSTON

I had these subs in my 2006 Mustang and I switched them out for a Stereo Integrity Mag 12".

Two JL Audio 8W7 subs with custom enclosure. Sealed with fiberglass. The black strips on the bottom are velcro, because I had them velcro'ed down on the trunk. They will come off.

For those with a 2005+ Mustang, the little angle at the bottom of the enclosure is because there's a little hump in the trunk, so it fits kinda nice.

I had 400 watts on each of these and these thing pound! Loud and clear! I listened to everything from Metallica to Lil Wayne. These are really nice subs. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. They are 5 months old. I replaced this with one 12" in a much smaller enclosure because I needed my trunk back.

Here are the dimensions. Remember that there's about 1.5" that the subs poke out. They'll need a tad more room for excursion, too.

Here's what they looked like installed in my trunk. There's more room than these pics look like.

Love my 8"... Dont think I could go back to a 12 again. Just don't sound the same. How much power did you have on them?

I am interested in buying the subs out right. I also have 3 10 diamond D9's I am selling as well. Please let me know if you would be interested in those 10's or what you want for the 8's shipped. I have yet to own a 8 w7 or the 10 w7. I have had the 12 and the 13.5.

Sorry for the delay in replying guys.

Yeah, I'd like to sell this as a complete unit. The box was expensive and would fit nicely in a Mustang. I'll try to sell it as is.

Worse case, if I can't sell it, I'll part it out. Just seems like a shame to ruin a perfectly good enclosure.

I love this setup. When I got the Mag installed, I swapped out my Image Dynamics CXS64 components with the Hybrid Audio L61-2 comps. I love my new system!
