TREO CSx 12
not sure of exact specs but it is designed for spl. original owner had it built by John Henry Sr (the owner of Treo). mods from my understanding wer beafed up spider, coil, and tinsel leads and also this is the motor for the CSX15. so its not the standard 12" motor. it weighs 68 lbs. it was reconed last may. before that it was burped with 4k and handled it fine. he has used it daily for 4 years with around 2k... at the time of the last recone Treo had to purchase a whole production run of coils to fix it, so they have plenty there it just may take them 6 months to recone like anything they make.

Owner has told me his amps now shut down at high volumes and thinks it has a coil problem. both coils still read 1.3 (what they did when it was reconed)... i heard it at moderate volumes in the vehicle before we pulled it and heard no sign of coil rock. i think he is having problems with his amps and its not the woofer. if you are buying for spl use at higher frequencies you shouldnt have an issue but i am not garenteeing there isnt an issue that may arise if you start throwing alot of power at it at low frequencies.
it is in 7/10 cosmetic. surround has stress on it from low frequencies being ran through it with the smaller surround but is still 100% intact and will be fine like this this. before it was reconed it had been like this for 2 of the 4 years he had it. motor is chrome plated, or was, but like everything i have sent back to treo it comes back with scratches all over it.
