how bad is this "tapping on the face" issue? something that happened a few times that might of just been isolated incidences or something you think will persist. my cousin is lookin for a new HU so i dont want to be responsible for buying him something that might be broken. haha

It's basically a once a month occurance. I checked around on here and other sites, and it seems to be a pretty common problem with the electronic faces. When i first got it the face worked fine but for a day or 2 i had to "help" the cd eject all the way, it would come out a little, and if you put your finger on the bottom of the cd and lift slightly it would come out fine. But i havent had that problem since. But yeah, check around these seem to be common issues with these but in no way are they "critical"
