Sold FS: Rockford BD1500 Modded!!!

Alright ive got a rockford bd1500 for sale, it has been modded to run at 1 ohm. I ran it at 1 on two type r' 12's and 4 cvr 15's with no problems. These amps have been known to put out around 2000 rms at 1 ohm. Its in good condition, a couple scratches and such. I can get pictures if i get any interest. Let me know.

Well, the chip that shuts it off due to impedence has been removed, so theoretically you could run it lower...... It still has the thermal protection, and in the year or so ive had it it shut off once, with my most recent setup, 4 15" cvr's. But that was after bumpin for about 2 hours straight. Ill consider offers, send me some pm's.

I thought that was retarded class d isn't even old school in itself. let alone it also was from around 2000.... eh, don't matter I suppose. to me 80s MAYbe early 90's is oldschool as far as gear... to each their own, depending on age I'm sure 1/2 his life ago was definetly oldschool. back when linear power amps were the bomb.. even before that the booster EQs and 6x9"s were as big a system as you could get lol.
