Used RD Audio Elite 12" - 1000 watts RMS power handling, 3" copper coil (dual 2-ohm).

Item(s) Description/Condition:

Used - in great physical and cosmetic shape - though I have noticed a tiny bit of voice coil rub.

Obviously it's also missing the original dustcap (which had been dented in) - replaced it with what I had available at the time... I also do not have the rubber boot for it.

Hmm.. how bad is this voice coil rub you mentioned??

I can't hear/feel it, it may of rubbed just enough of the coil that it doesn't touch anymore. It's nicked about 3/8ths of an inch wide and maybe 3/8ths up and down as well in a bit of a spiral (not straight up and down).

Was difficult to get a pic through the small vents - but here's what I was able to capture

Wish I could know the long term effects of that and what'd be the result of running 1200rms daily to it

If it's clean power - no problem.

As for the rub - it's just cosmetic at this point.

Gonna be a busy week - but I'll see if I can get some video of it playing.
