I bought it from electronicscity.com which claims that they are an authorized dealer for everything that they sell. I highly doubt this because I am pretty sure that the Premier line cannot be sold online. But, I was still able to obtain warranty service on the ground trace problem but calling up Pioneer and saying that I got it as a gift and did not have a receipt. I read them the serial number and a few days later I had an RMA warranty service letter in my hands. After 3 days at an authorized repair shop I had it back free of charge. So basically since I bought in January 2005 it still has ~1.5 years of warranty left.

It comes with the all the original box, original wiring, trim piece, mounting cage, mounting hardware, manual, remote, faceplate case, microphone, and documentation of the ground trace repair.
