works great. i don't have the rca harness, that's why the low price. i do have the power harness. (for people that dont' know, pioneer has a seperate harness to plug rca into the deck. it's not attached like most decks) if you're not using an amp it's fine, but you need the rca harness to hook up an amp. can be purchased from pioneer. has a scratch on the left knob. Everything pictured is included. asking only $200 + shipping (about $15)
