Box is 3.5 cubes built to JL specs. The sub is in pretty darn good shape. Not perfect, but just a couple of scuffs that are pretty hard to see. I'm not going to lie to you and say it's mint, but there's no big scratches, scuffs, dents or holes. The amp is in very good shape as well. Fed with proper wire and turned to JL specs...
Price is $380+actual shipping for just the sub, the box is free if you want to pay extra shipping...if you know a place that will ship both the sub and the box as one unit (cus it's pretty daym heavy), i'll ship them together as once piece, don't worry, i'll make sure it's got plenty of protection...
