Sold FS: JL 300/4 - Need to get rid of

Upgraded to another amp, need to get rid of it so I can pay off that amp.

Asking for $275 shipped. I don't have any refs here, but I do on eBay: dacubanheat is my account name on there. Here are the pics, sorry for the bad quality (I can get more pics if further interested):

It's in near mint condition - the only noticeable blemish is it has just one small nick where the control panel of the amp is.
