I am selling my 40.1 due to the fact that I'm tired of spending money trying to find subs that can handle the power so I'm just going to downgrade. It is in 9.5/10 cosmetical condition and 10/10 mechanical. The original bass knob and box will be included.

Korn's right. There's nothing wrong with a bit of headroom. Plus, when you DO find that sub you won't have to change up your amp.
