I do not track USACI state records, but I made a quick call to my friend Larry P. Those are his dB Drag scores, if you look back into any old magazines you will see a few articles about him, I think he topped out at a 174.1 outlaw on the OLD microphones, I know this for a fact, I helped build many variations of the blazer.

See the problem with talking trash nowadays is everyone is on the same meters across almost all the different organizations in the entire world, so when you make an outrageous claim, expect to be called out on it.

If you are going to quote me, please quote my whole statement, I was only saying that because Geoff is the current US WORLD RECORD HOLER in his class in dB drag, and 2 people on here are disrespecting that.

You said they can do a 170 so bring it to a db drag show. I will be impressed if they do as well as many others. We also have a guy (the HEAD judge for the local drag shows) willing to add 500 bucks for your buddy that can break a 70.

Matt from Xplosive Audio in appleton, wi has a comp van that hits like 170 on a TL. I dont thin khe competes at dbdrags though so I dont know how he would compare. Last I hear it was like 6 18"s. You should come to dropfest next year and we can all face off on the TL.
