Why Eclipse?

well in my teenage years i always wanted one but could not afford them, now im older and slowly getting back into audio, and i bought the 5443 the other day from a site member and plugged it up just to see how it sounded ( not my deck ) and it sounded just like the tons of good things ive heard about them, good clear loud powerful sound. that and it seems like most of them have the normal treble,mid,and bass controls.

I hear ya with Eclipse... The only way I afforded Eclipse when I was younger was because my shop gave me one, lol..

If Alpine didn't exist, I'd own Eclipse
