Sold FS: Eclipse HU, JL Amps and Subs

Long story short I bought this stuff for the wifes car as a surprise only to be told that she doesn't want a system in the car. All of this stuff is brand new from an authorized dealer, all of it can be warrantied as I can provide a receipt. Paypal to matdotcom2000@yahoo.com, I'll eat the fees.

Eclipse CD5435 - $220 - Nice deck, very clean looking plays mp3's and wma's.

JL E4300 - $185 - Nice 4 channel amp, more than enough juice. Same as the slash series amps except that the power supply is not regulated.

JL E1800D - $310 - Nice amp, puts out 800x1 @ 2 ohm @ 12.5 volts @ 14.4 puts out a 1000.

2 JL 12W3v2 D2 - $125 each - nice subs, can possibly exchange for D4's if needed. I bought the D2's to match the amp.

hey, pics of the actual subs inside or it the box not even open?

subs are brand new, do you really need a picture of the actual sub? My camera took a dump on me so I need to borrow someone elses to take new pics. Check the ref's man, I'm not going to ruin that over $125 subs.
