FOR SALE:

DLS 4" mids from a PS-4 component set. Broke up the set, so no tweeters but passive crossovers and mids are still available and not being used. Shallow mount speakers, outstanding SQ as expected from DLS. Drivers powered up and mounted only once, for about 10 minutes of play time. Xovers never used.

$65 shipped

AVI MXD-100 4" mids. High end mids can easily take over 100W rms and are rated to play from 130 Hz - 7.5 kHz. Amazing sound quality..... extremely detailed but with a touch of warmth. Build quality is outstanding. Drivers were powered and tested but never mounted. They are absolutely mint!

$135 shipped

ESX Q60.4 4 channel amp by ZED Audio. Little brother of the Q120.4 in terms of power, it's equal in every other aspect. The most flexible 4 channel I've ever had the experience of using. Quick specs:

60 x 4 @ 4 ohms, 90 x 4 @ 2 ohms, 180 x 2 @ 4 ohms bridged, variable HP/LP crossovers on front/rear channels, true mono/high voltage/synchronous bridging modes..... more than 20 configurations possible.

Clean and detailed with plenty of punch..... you won't find anything quite like it. Cosmetically a 9/10 (scratch on bottom plate) and a 10/10 functionally/mechanically.

$225 shipped

Helix HXA-40X MKII by Brax. 4 channel amp, extremely small footprint..... perfect for stealth installs. German made, SQ oriented amp..... extremely detailed, natural reproduction of music. Ideal for a fully active front stage. Quick specs:

60 x 4 @ 4 ohms, 90 x 4 @ 2 ohms, 180 x 2 @ 4 ohms bridged, fully adjustable HP/LP/BP crossover network.

Cosmetically a 8/10 with some scuffs around mounting holes and swirling on plexiglass top panel and a 10/10 fuinctionally/mechanically.

$315 shipped/OBO....... SOLD

i was thinking of going with a 3 way set up in my doors of my vette and was thinking of the focal 7" and tn52 tweets. how well would those dls sound with that set up?
thanx,

rikk
DLS speakers are known for the warm natural sound they produce. These are no different..... they should make an excellent midrange in a 3-way setup. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
