Hi Guys,

I have one Digital Designs Z95 Motor for sale. Not for the fainted heart. This is a beast motor, much stronger than the 9500G series. Serious inquires only for this motor. $500 shipped for the motor.

FYI: Do I have another one? Yes but it's not for sale.

Many picture requests...so here they are:

Tuan where you getting this stuff.. Hook a brotha up maybe future teammate lol
LOL...a lot of testings that I do are never seen by the public. I only post 10% of pics online. I'm actually doing independent testings help with R&D for quite a few companies right now.

Have you stuck ur weiner in the pole peice of this motor yet?
It's too big for me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

I can only try. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

How do you know for a fact that they can't take 4k watts of power? You can't just go on assumptions. The motor design allows for an open cooling. Isn't cooling everything?
I can guarantee you that I can blow these subs with 800 watts if I wanted to and I can also make them handle a lot more power than what they're rated at. It's all about knowing what you're doing. Also with your statement, why would you use a "SPL recone" application for daily?

I guarantee that these motors are nothing like anything anyone has ever seen before. The key to DD Neo's are "impedence."

You must not know me too well in regards to the assumption crap. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Don't make me pull out some physics equations to explain why, because it would consume a bit of my time, and it doesn't interest me to repeat the same thing over and over on this forum.

The key of impedance(Note: you spelled it incorrectly as well), as in the impedance rise experienced in the circuit is so extraordinary you have to have amplifiers that are rated on their 8 ohm output value? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif So you have amplifiers able to deliver 10kW to a low impedance load that are only able to deliver a fraction of what is possible due to this massive impedance rise due to the motor design. (Run some FEAs and simple spice to figure out why yourself.)

It's a really really nice series of subs, but don't be making claims like that about them. Good luck with the sale, it's an okay price.

I'm working on the magnetizing apparatus for a motor that has a pretty significant amount(~15lbs) of neo(N50). I have been running some pretty extensive tests in regards to this motor configuration and it's coil interaction once it is done.

Just checked out the dd site so 95z is a sub that can still play music and 99z is strictly for SPL Burps.i have a 9918 and heard it could handle 10000rms and even 12000rms but didnt make that much of a difference db wise.and thats Burp only not music

I've been working with nothing but impedance rise. That's what I meant in regards to it being different. I've had a single 10 ran at 4000 watts clamped without any problems...with rise accounted for. I've also ran 9500's at 3500 watts. Like I said before, not everybody knows what they're doing. The other half of the equation that you're missing is the enclosure and I am certain no physics book available has accounted for this...at least not yet. I think you, my friend, might be underestimating me.

Unless you want to tell me that the enclosure design magically effects the power dissipation by some other means than convection. Else wise it is somehow changing the impedance/interaction of the voice coil's magnetic field to the magnet's magnetic field by having a difference in net force compared to another enclosure. The only thing significant that might be changed is the amount of air moving over the voice coil/former.
I see a pearl E embellished upon your chest. Egotistical. I am sorry. Your claim of 10kW RMS for the 99Z is just too much to bare.
