Sold FS: Custom built (by bjfish11) ported box for 4 8" subs

Specs:

2.5cf @ 32Hz for 4 8" subs, 31.5 sq in of port area

Designed for 4 eD 9Kv.2's

Built from 3/4" Trupan

40"w x 17"d x 12"h

Condition/Description/Other Information:

Used for about 2 weeks, subs were mounted once.

Bottom is scratched, and the back has screw holes from where the amp was mounted and where the brackets held it to the floor. None of the screw holes go all the way through.

The finish is black hammered paint, the baffles are painted blue.

Binding posts installed, and is prewired with 12 ga Knu speaker wire.

Wonder How good 4 8"s would sound in the back of a Crown Vic, I have all the room in the world. I don't even think I know how 8's sound. Do they hit Low? Well anyway

Edit: I see that it says ed's, but what about some RE 8's?

Looks like shipping would be around $30....

The RE8's should work fine... the mounting diameter on those is 7.125" and the eD's is 7.25, but that 1/16" on each side shouldn't make a difference //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
