Sold FS: Broken Pioneer DEH-P9800BT + CD-IB100II -$150

Up for grabs is a Pioneer DEH-P9800BT with its corresponding iPod adapter (version 2). I had purchased this unit brand new along with the iPod adapter from best buy a while back, and it was used for about 8-9 months. One day I'm listening to some music, park the car and turn it off as I always do, and when I get back and proceed to turn the car on, the head unit just won't turn on. That's it.

I have no clue how to even go about fixing this, and Pioneer quoted me like $150 just to look at it. I initially purchased it for 370+59 for the adapter, and I do believe I still have the receipt/installation paperwork for them.

As you can see in the pictures, the unit is in perfect shape, it just won't turn on. The BT stands for bluetooth, and it comes with the microphone the microphone holder, and all the wires it came with.

(P.S. The iPod adapter works perfectly fine, as I have tried it with another Pioneer unit, but since I'm selling the head unit, I no longer have any use for it.)

Did you try plugging the unit into another vehicle? Or maybe checking the fuses/electrical system in your car? I'd jump on it in a second if that were the case.

To be completely honest, I haven't and probably will not try to install it on another car because I haven't the slightest clue how to install head units, and do not want to mess it up any more in trying to. I'm almost positive it's a very small fix, because I literally did NOTHING to it, but I've decided my stock radio will do just fine until I can get a new car.

I figured its best for you guys who are familiar with installation and such, but for me I just don't have the time to try and figure it out myself.
