Well, if you check alia888's feedback. Argent left negative feedback saying he is running a Western Union scam. Probably why it hasn't been shipped.

u can see all the details yourself i have blocked the mtcn number so any other person cant withdraw it

First of all if he believes your running a scam he doesnt have to ship an item. He has no obligation to ship said item unless he claims the money from the Moneygram you sent him.
