Am I safe to assume that it is out of warranty? Do you have original reciept? What was purchase date? Why are you selling it?

I bought it back in October. Im selling it because the screen doesnt work so I just bought a new radio. I have no clue if its out of warranty or not. And I dont have receipt cause I bought it off of ebay.
