I have a hifonics nemesis 750 watt amp thats been sitting in my basement for over 3 yrs.

I bought 2 of them new sold one locally a while back and figured I'd try to sell this one too. It's just like everything I've sold on here............ MINT!!!

still no reply, no tracking, no package. you said you shipped out the amp already, but where's the tracking #? it's been two weeks already since i paid you. even if you shipped it out a week ago, it should have arrived already. no matter how busy you are, you should at least give me the tracking #. you had time to come up here to post several days ago, why didn't you post a tracking # instead?

To much of this going on...Bloomington is not to far from me..I don't need to eat anything to go get your amp or your money(all though he would more then likely call the police). Its easier to file a dispute with paypal, then wait out your time and if nothing then upgrade to a claim.

i have seen good sellers turned bad. it's hard to trust anyone now. you just cant be too careful nowadays. so i went ahead and opened up a pp dispute, and hopefully i can get a respond from parker WITH tracking #.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i'll give him the weekend to respond. if i dun hear anything from him then i'll upgrade to a claim. i'll drop it once i receive the amp.

three days passed since i filed the dispute (with two msg's plus one direct email) and still nothing from him. i guess i've been scammed:verymad:

nope, i dun have his phone#. he said it was shipped out already n' told me to just wait for it. but no tracking # given yet. i saw him logged on yesterday but didn't reply to the new pm i sent him couple days ago, and now his inbox is full again. so i emailed him instead. all i can do now is wait for the amp to show up or him to reply with tracking info:crap:

you didn't give me your number until Aug 11, four days after i filed the pp dispute. and you didn't actually ship out the amp until that same day (postmarked on the package). that's why it took so long for me to receive the amp. when i got the amp today, it's not even working. now pls return my call or pm to work this thing out. thanks!
