A Blaupunkt Velocity 12" VW1200, 1200rms and can take every bit of it and more. It is VERY well suited for this box and sounds absolutely phenomenal. It is an sq sub, it plays all the quick bass notes very well, but it can get extremely loud. I do suggest at LEAST 1000 rms going to it. Let the sub go for $110
