Id say being very detailed and picky the condition is 8-10 some might rate higher but I made two tiny markings on the frame, cone, and surround but nothing major or serious hard to even see this in pictures but in person they are there! Has no affect on sound i MADE SURE TO CHECK THE ONE SPOT ON THE SURROUND DOES NOT PUNCTURE THROUGH!!. spider seems good voive coil clean everything even the basket seem pretty good very gently used. This is for the actual sub only no oem box or manual just sub.I got crazy packing this completely engulfed in foam in the box see pictures. Throwing in the grill for free has a few markings on it easily re paintable which i suggest that oem color is ugly in my opinion.
