i meant to imply that if h is trying to get it worked out through UPS and isnt just *****footing around about it and isnt refunding for the reason of talkin to UPS about it then hes not in the wrong as of yet. I was a lil confusing my bad.basically you contradicted yourself with the sentence tylork at first you said if he is trying to get it resolved then he can do anything then ended by saying as long as he got the situtaion resolved. It's just more of a confusing sentence.
Don't think you guys realize UPS only pacakges how you tell them two because for each sub bubble wrapped and and box used they charged indiviually. The reciept is itemized and they will probably look at the package and say it's not our fault because you decided to try and ship 3 subs in one box.Well I just looked claim is still being processed, but UPS deals with the seller on everything so I have no clue. UPS usually to my knowledge has a standard $100 insurance on it anything above you pay for. USPS your sol if you didnt get insurance. They cover $0.00But thats the thing, he should be in the guys face that owns or manages the store. They screwed up by packing it incorrectly, so they should be liable for it as well as UPS.
But being hes 19 I doubt he can comprehend that much to do it.
