im not sure who to believe at this point....Yes it is wrong for him to try and sell it when the deal that the sub is in isnt resolved but his buddy would just turn around and sale it to someone else either way. If his buddy does refund IF he truely is trying to get it resolved through UPS or whoever it is then he has the right to sale or do watever he pleases with it as long as the dude gets the other transaction resolved.
ok see heres another problem, you lied again. You knew what subs he was sending me cause he had posted pictures. Then I posted in the feedback pictures and also that it was 3 L7s. If you got the 2 bad ones and the one good one......well then duh, they were the ones he got from me. So your buying all this stuff from him and he doesnt bother paying me back.
Honestly, if it was one of my friends they wouldnt be any more and I would of probably went to thier house and smacked them around asking what they were doing. I dont like getting screwed or played around with and I dont like having friends that would do that.
Also so you know those bad ones, you have to ship them to kicker and pay to upgrade them. They dont sell recone kits anymore.
Oh and no he isnt trying to resolve shit. I have to keep PMing him. He keeps saying oh I am waiting on UPS
If I was him I would of just bit it and refunded the money. Then waited for UPS. But again I pack it myself and make sure theres insurance to cover what they paid for it.

yea thats wat i mean but he just insists i said something diff....the other transaction ahs got to be taken care of before nething can happen with the equipment.
i knew it was prly just a reading mistake. How long does it usually take USPS to refund? I understand that he didnt insure them but since they were the ones to wrap they might give him something out of it.
basically you contradicted yourself with the sentence tylork at first you said if he is trying to get it resolved then he can do anything then ended by saying as long as he got the situtaion resolved. It's just more of a confusing sentence.
well it was sent ups so he will get no more than 100 basically i feel as well as all the other street drams is going o get ****ed..if apsbar want to ship me some shit that adds up to around $320 i will send streetdrams his money after i recieve and test all items..
