You blow **** up probably. It rests around 17.5v. NOT good for your car's electrical system.

same size case you either have higher voltage or higher AH, basically they use the space of 2 of the cells to raise the voltage, and because of this the AH is lower.

I will also put it this way, think about the battery as though it has many smaller lower voltage batteries inside. if you wire the smaller ones in series you get higher voltage same AH, if you wire them in par. you get more AH and the same voltage.
