Looking at the pics again, this is definitely a V2 with the holes in the basket for heat dissipation. The thing is, they made two models. One was geared towards small ported boxes, the other towards sealed boxes. Look through the pole vent at the bottom of the motor and see if there is any labeling visible through there.

im local interested in picking this up. whats the price picked up and i never though mach 5 made the ixl in a 4 ohm version only 1 and 2
