Front speaker problem

hey guys,

I have a civic that has 6.5 speakers in the front doors, when I got the car a couple months ago I took the door panels off to work on them and took the speakers out while I was at it. (I hadn't heard the system at that time)

now that I turn the system on I notice that the front speakers volume is REALLY low, about 40% of what the back ones are. Could this be something I have done? bad speakers?

I was looking to upgrade them but if theres something wrong it won't do me any good to upgrade

any advise/opinions you have is greatly appreciated

Check your fader settings in the head unit itself. Sounds like it's just faded to the rear //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Sounds like it to me too, every time my wife drives my car the settings for the **** radio are faded to the rear, bass and treble boosted too! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
