Friend needs help deciding a system

Ok i just sold him my 2 hifonics bx1500's, and he ask me about the mofo 15....Kicker L7 15, and MTX 9500 15" which would run best off of them amps at 1ohm and take that power. any replies are appreciated SPL setup............

L7 imo. port them and with a good install you have serious spl.

i would think 1500wrms to each L7 would be too much...unless u get the D4VC L7's...then run a BX1500 to each and it would wang...

those hifonics amps won't put out 1500 watts. if you keep the gains down a little and don't get horny with the volume knob, he'll be alright.

both of the amps that i sold him was bench tested and they produced 1400-1500rms of power they are like some of the first ones that came out of the line....

I would say the L7. 1500 watts each would work. I know a guy that has that much power going to each of his and they dont even distort.

Take the 9500 ive had experience with it and its one hell of a sub

9500 all the way...i used to like kicker but their VC's blow to quickly and frequently under the recommended power...the 9500 out performs all of them in every aspect.

Now if only the mtx 95xx series came in dual 2ohm....
