Fried 9855? Help

Long story short, my car flooded with water, the remote + from the hu got fried and now i cant remotely power on my amps. I did a Voltage test and its not pushing out any power from the remote power, yet my HU powers on perfectly and works fine i believe.

My question is, is there a fuse in the HU that is specifcally for the remote turn on? The 10A fuse outside of the HU casing is fine and now im debating whether this is fixable by me or will i have to send this to Alpine to have them fix it (which is a last resort since that will mean no music for weeks/months to come).

Can you not just relocate your remote turn on lead to another ignition switched source? AFAIK it does not have to come from the HU.
