does anyone know of a small refridgerator that runs on 12VDC i can get to put in the trunk a la BMW 760li or that funny looking mini van that was on "pimp my ride"

How big of fridge are you looking at. I got one that sets in my center counolse.It is a stand alone fridge but i decided to do some customizing and glassed arround it. But it only holds a six pack. It can either run on 12v dc or on standard house outlet.

THey make ones that are about the size of small coolers that you can buy but they are kinda expensive. Work very well though. Get ready for noice in your system though with a ****ing compressor working out of your dash

i was actually thinking of more along the lines of mounting it in the trunk, but am i right to assume that it will only get my sodas cold after i've been driving awhile since it can't get power to run with the car off and a compressor would draw to much current for it to come on and off to cool your drinks when the car is parked(ignition off) but anyway how much did yours cost
