Frequency/spectrum analyzation software

So if I have a decent sound card, and a decent microphone hooked up to my computer, and I'm using my computer as my source for my home stereo, is there any decent software out there that can analyze the sound and give me an equalizer to flatten the response? Any other ideas besides this? Thx

yes but you need a micamp, a refrence mic and other stuff. i dont remember the link or then ave of the software tho :\
