Freq. HZ and infrasonic

I have a 1200.1 RF Prime Amp and it has settings that are a little different from the ones I'm used to. I'm a newb when it comes to tuning in amps and I have tried to look up the difference between the two on the amp. But putting "freq. Hz" as it says on the amp brings up a million suggestions I dont need. The infra sonic is 10-40 and the Freq HZ is somewhere up to 200. My box is tuned to 37 hz with a Skar svr12. It was making a fluttering noise on the low notes so I changed the infrasonic to 30hz and it went away. Now I'm not sure what to do with the "Freq. HZ". Any help or explanations would be greatly appreciated. The box is also ported.

It's the low pass filter or how high it will play guessing with a 12db slope. I would put it to 80hz.

"Infra-sonic" would be the subsonic filter or high pass filter.
