Here is a simple design for member schackel (or anyone else who decides to use it). It's even short enough that it can still be used in most trunks. He will be using two of these boxes for a pair of Fi BL's in his Chevy Suburban.
After all displacements:
3.93 cubic feet
Tuned at 34.3 hz
52 square inches of port
(Displacement of a Fi BL 15 is 0.18 cubic feet)
Start out by constructing the base, sides, and the port.
Finish it up with the two baffles. Outline the port and the walls on the baffles, and make the following measurements. Then find the center of the circle by drawing lines from corner to corner of the resulting rectangle. You can also move the cutouts to wherever you please.
For the other box, just move the port to the other side of the box and flip the baffles.
