Freakin engine noise....

I replaced my Hifonics 4 channel with a Orion HP-4800 and it sounds great.... Except for the alternator whine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif Wasn't making noise with the Hifonics in there, ground is perfect and head unit is chassis grounded not to the factory harness. so I'm almost willing to bet I blew the pico fuse on my 880. Any other suggestions?

nope it's the hu ground the rca's

indeed it was the rca's grounded them and got rid of the noise completely. Thank you sethphillips for the nice write up
