Greg did some work last week and got a pretty good way through it. He got the front baffle pretty much finished:

It fit really well and looked really nice. He did a nice job of sanding and rounding everything over.

The rear cleats don't go all the way up on the side so that we can remove the front baffle if necessary:

This is it mounted getting ready to cut some holes out for the bookshelf speakers I'm also working on:
