it's a pyle amp..can i trust this amp?

will the sub show its real power?

the ported 8cu.ft box its not finished yet..my previous box,a 6cu.ft(w/obraces inside)can't hold my sub..

i'm happy with the results, but i want to ask you if i made the right choice or not..

No offense I wouldn't choose either of them because they both ****....but if I was to choose one I would go w/ the Lanzar....

what kind of budget are you on? If I was you I would wait and save up some money to buy somethin' worthy enough to power those beautiful subs!

If you look at everyones systems on here you will see that anyone with a half decent system does not have Pyle or Lanzar in there system. Just look around and see what other guys use to push there L5's and L7's and go from there. If you want a good sounding system you going to have to spend a little coin to do it. You get what you pay for. Good luck.

lanzar are ok not good but ok, pyle are just that , a pile of chite. if you have to have an amp now go with the lanzar, then save some more money and when you get your real amp, sell the lanzar.

Get a lanzar optidrive 2000d, a hifonics bxi2000d, or the west coast customs version orion 2500d.

Those are your 3 cheapest options that will actually move those speakers. Anything less and you may as well sell one.

Also make sure you have enough $$ for electrical upgrades, cause the bxi2006d is supposedly overrated by a few hundred watts, and i still can't power the **** thing with my 120A alternator. My gains are set to ~6V and my head unit realistically puts out ~3, so i'm prob. getting 800w out of it. Any higher and the signal on my oscilloscope gets jittery, rather than smooth waveforms.

It moves my subs ok, but i gaurantee a 10" could get as loud as both my 15's right now, don't underestimate electrical.

yeah..they both sucks i know..but the budget i had was like 314$ for the amp..

i bought the sub,amp,wirings,and the cap,crossover at only one shop..all at the same time,cash..now the problem is that they don't have brands like yours..i couldn't get the money back,so i tried if they can replace the amp instead of selling it(some people here work just for food)so,i didn't take the chance to wait for a long long time before selling it..

i was really scared w/ the first amp,the lanzar,beause it was only bridgeable at 4hms instead of 2ohms..i was running it at 2ohms..

i bridged it first,i've got 8ohms and it couldn't shake even my rear mirror..

now, i have this pyle, i've put it at 2ohms and got 1x1800w..

i was impressed..

the output is very low and at the same time very loud.it's a new sub,still in break in..

i don't know..yeah,i'm stupid,i made a wrong choice..looking forward to sell this amp..but for now,i'm going to enjoy it..

bout electricals,heyman421,you're right man..

i was rollin' w/ windows up,and just at low volume yesterday night..

when i turned off the headlights,the music volume suddenly increased!

my alty it's just around 40-60~..but it can still run my system..

for now,i don't have cash for solving this problem..i have 1gauge wire from the battery to the cap,8 gauges for the amp,and a kicker "twisted" wire from my amp to the sub..

the new box should be ready by tomorrow..

the box i have now?i'm going to repair it and use it for my home entertainment..hehe..too large but good for a sorround system..or maybe sell it..

the brand available at that shop are:sony xplode,alpine,kicker,lanzar,pyle,thunder audio,rockford fosgate,orion,and the other are much cheap i think..

pls comments again..i wanna learn from you how to spend money wisely and make my system shke some posers..

opti amp?they told me that it protects so quickly..

yeah,it sounds stupid..i trusted a pyle amp..but i'm giving it a try!

maybe they're cheap,but did you tried it?

this move my sub better than the lanzar..i can hear the difference..w/ the lanzar,i couldn't hear low freq,but so hard and heavy bass..

w/ the pyle,we heard all the low freq we were searching for,clean and soft bass..and when we turn the volume up,our ear drums couldn't take it..but it was still a clean and soft bass..

i didn't have a chance to hear a straight kicker sys w/ a 15" baric..i have no comparison to make w/..so i'm only guessing right now..but it made me smile u know..

i don't know if all the specs of this amp are true..they said so..but w/ those specs,it made me more comfortable to break in my sub,and make it loud w/o problems,w/o worries of burning my sub..

actually the OPTI lines are the only ones that put out rated power in Lanzar. They prolly didn't want to sell it to you because they coudlnt go to a lower price or else they loose money.

Ya man, the opti's are sick.

I think they're the only lanzars with unregulated power supplies, too.

Which means it will try it's ****edest to make all 1600w, probably at the expense of your 60A alternator.

It will change your definition of '2000' watts, tho.

opti's..i'll take a look a that ampli..yeah,pyle of shit..for now,i'm happy with this shit..

i took a look at the price of the opti 2500d?wow..it's twice as much as my previous amp..if so,i'm going to purchase a kicker amp instead of that opti..it's almost the same price..

i can't change amplies weekly because those are not working,or specific for this sub..they actually move my sub,but now i think this was my last chance to replace the amp..i'm very sad to know that my amp now its a pyle of shit..

i'll look forward to get another L7 soon..and not to make a mistake like this again..

i must be contented w/ what i have right now..

how can i measure db levels?w/ what device?so i can give you results soon w/ this baric and the pyle of shit?
