there are quite a few people here that do along with mud, rock climbing, etc....

i had to sell all my toys. more will come though

I agree the OP made the right move, he'll be better off when it all works out. And maybe a thief will get some punishment.

I had a group of blacks steal one of mine one time. Was the middle of the winter, and they couldnt figure out how to use the choke nob. It was recovered by the cops down the road the next morning, when the fitted cap i found in my yard had a girls phone number in it and i called and asked whos hat it was, the cops did the rest of the work. I had something similar happen with a friends amp.

His amp was stolen at the beginning of 08', this past...September a guy from another school called me and said he heard i knew a lot about stereos and said he needed me to check something for him. I go take a look and there's my friend's amp.

So i pulled a quick one and said I would have to look at the internals of the amp, so I would have to take it home. Called my buddy, he called the cops, cops saw there was pictures of the old setup with that amp. Asked shane if he wanted to press charges, he said if he just gave it back then no. They went to the kid's door and told him it was returned to its owner. Haven't heard anything since lol

Thats what the cop said, but he said it would be worth waiting because i could get the judge to make the guy pay for all the damage. The ignition was broken and the plastic had been ruffed up pretty bad. The rear grab bar was tweaked pretty hard from wheelies also.

1) Take it to court, say it is not repairable to its condition before it was stolen, and request a new one (quad).
